The Managing Broker will support the Designated Managing Broker in overseeing eXp Realty's operations in Texas, focusing on compliance, training, and agent support.

Requirements

• Exceptional track record as a supervising real estate broker.
• Strong understanding of real estate brokerage at a state level.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in real estate industry preferred.
• Ability to implement systems and processes.
• Proficiency in G Suite; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus.
• Remote work experience required.
• Dedicated home-office workspace.

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
