Overview

The Managing Broker will support the Designated Managing Broker in overseeing eXp Realty brokerage operations in Arkansas, ensuring compliance with state laws and providing exceptional service to agents and clients.

• Work from anywhere in Arkansas as part of a remote team.
• Assist in the administration of brokerage operations.
• Conduct training on real estate laws and compliance.
• Respond promptly to agent inquiries.
• Consult with agents on complex transaction issues.
• Ensure legal compliance of transactions.
• Support the Risk Management Program.
• Enhance brokerage operations manuals.
• Coordinate inbound mail distribution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience as a supervising real estate broker.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to implement systems and processes.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Remote work experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge of real estate laws.
• Proficient in G Suite; Microsoft Office is a bonus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in coordinating events is preferred.
