Overview

The Senior Manager Business Development will play a key role in identifying potential customers and generating leads in the C&PC, detergents, and hygiene industries, while providing regulatory and technical support.

In Short

• Become familiar with Eurofins offerings and laboratory network.
• Provide regulatory and technical support for the supervisor.
• Identify and initiate contact with potential customers.
• Cultivate leads primarily in targeted industries.
• Work with external companies and marketing for lead generation.
• Review existing customer lists for opportunities.
• Participate in tradeshows and network with potential customers.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Management for new business ideas.
• Use company CRM to track activities.
• Travel up to 50% depending on customer needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business development.
• Understanding of the TIC industry.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience coordinating complex proposals.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent preferred.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility in working hours.
