Customer Service Executive - Remote

Overview

The Customer Service Executive will assist customers in the process of submitting and receiving testing samples, support business development activities, and maintain strong client relationships within the Food and Agriculture Testing industry.

In Short

• Assist and guide customers in the testing sample process.
• Monitor logistics of customer samples sent to Vietnam.
• Update customers with new service information.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Identify and develop potential clients in Cambodia.
• Prepare quotations and track deal progress.
• Achieve targets set by the Head of BD Department.
• Organize workshops and commercial events.
• Build relationships with associations and government authorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
• At least 1-year experience in Food/Agriculture Testing.
• Strong sales competencies and networks in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Knowledge in Food Testing and Quality Control.
• Fluent in Khmer and English or Vietnamese.
• Problem-solving skills with key clients.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
