The Customer Service Executive will manage client requests and resolve issues through various communication channels while ensuring accuracy and detail.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and multitasking.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Self-motivated and highly reliable.
