Overview

The Customer Service Executive will manage the complete sales order cycle and post-sales activities, ensuring high customer satisfaction while collaborating with various teams.

In Short

  • Manage the complete sales order cycle.
  • Provide support to customers for high satisfaction.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate shipping documents for timely delivery.
  • Handle requests for samples and quotations.
  • Follow up on accounts receivable.
  • Monitor orders and assist forecasting.
  • Manage customer claims with QC support.
  • Support customer visit programs.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics operations & customer service.
  • Familiar with customs procedures in food ingredients.
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Full proficiency in English required.
  • Competence in French or Asian languages optional.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
