Requirements

• Master’s degree in Biological Sciences or Quality Management.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in a multicultural environment with matrix management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle various concrete variables.
• Knowledge of technical quality standards.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts and chemical engineering principles.
• Fluency in English and French.
