Requirements

  • Over 3 years of customer service experience in a call center.
  • Genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Proficient in IT packages, especially G-Suite.
  • Ability to work towards and achieve targets.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
