This is a unique opportunity to build and lead an operational office from scratch in Bogotá, focusing on serving our Spanish market. You will play a vital role in establishing a high-performance team and a culture obsessed with service, speed, and scale.

• Lead the Bogotá office operations focused on the Spanish market.

• Work hours aligned with Spanish local time (2am - 11am / 3am - 12pm).
