• Build strong relationships with other AnyVan teams for smooth transitions.

• Provide accurate reports and analyses to management.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
• Experience in contact centers, ideally in sales-oriented roles.
• Knowledge of the transport sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Comfortable working with and achieving targets consistently.
• Passion for providing exceptional experiences.
• Strong Excel skills for accurate reporting.
• Self-motivated with emotional intelligence and resilience.
