• Assess placement readiness of graduates and provide referrals.
• Ensure timely job placement and retention for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or Associate’s degree with experience.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth and diverse populations.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workforce development practices.
