The Transition Specialist (TS) provides career coaching and support to active-duty service members, veterans, and military spouses, helping them with job market readiness and career planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Basic proficiency with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of career exploration and job search tactics.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize information to support client needs.
  • Experience in managing relationships with diverse clients.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Experience with public speaking and presentations.
  • High emotional intelligence.
