Overview

The Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in new partner acquisition by converting inbound marketing leads and executing targeted outbound prospecting efforts. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented approach to engage and qualify potential partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of Recruiting, Partner Acquisition, or Business Development preferred.
• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Proven ability to set and achieve personal and professional goals.
• Experience with Salesforce and other prospecting tools.
• Strong self-awareness and ability to manage emotions.
• Success in achieving acquisition targets and quotas.
