In Short

  • Sell the Booksy product in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base.
  • Responsible for active customer acquisition and management of the sales cycle.
  • Conduct sales conversations about SaaS and Boost products.
  • Collect necessary information before talking to a client.
  • Conduct market research to adapt to client needs.
  • Create product demos and assist clients with initial setup.
  • Reach out to decision-makers of potential clients.
  • Respond to client objections and build relationships.
  • Record activities in the CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research.
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
