Overview

Unison, a leading telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm, is seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Sales Professional to develop and manage a pipeline of real estate investment contacts, driving growth through relationship building and strategic initiatives.

In Short

  • Manage a personal pipeline of leads from sourcing to closing.
  • Build the pipeline through a consultative approach as the first point of contact for potential clients.
  • Achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual goals related to funnel management and closings.
  • Independently plan and track personal activities to ensure pipeline health and stability.
  • Contribute to user-friendliness improvements in acquisition processes, including data mining and CRM design.
  • Engage in strategic initiatives and product design to maintain a competitive market position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent sales experience (B2C).
  • Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Experience negotiating transactions from initial contact to closing.
  • Familiarity with the real estate closing process is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts like IRR and NPV preferred.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecommunications, mineral rights acquisition, or renewable energy preferred.
