Enveda is seeking a VP, Corporate Counsel to lead legal strategies in a high-growth, science-driven company, offering an exciting opportunity to build and shape legal frameworks.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 4+ years of legal experience at an AM100 law firm or in-house at a biotech company.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law and compliance.
• Experience in managing and mentoring legal teams.
• Strategic thinking aligned with business objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
