In Short

• Lead toxicology programs and nonclinical strategies for drug approval.
• Work closely with the Drug Development Team.
• Design and implement nonclinical development strategies for small molecules.
• Provide toxicology expertise for discovery and portfolio programs.
• Guide teams on dose selection and safety studies.
• Conduct IND-enabling activities in preclinical safety pharmacology and toxicology.
• Collaborate with CROs for non-clinical studies.
• Interpret and summarize toxicology findings.
• Manage simultaneous IND-enabling programs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and ICH guidelines.

Requirements

• PhD or similar advanced degree with DABT.
• 10+ years of experience in non-clinical strategies and toxicology.
• Proven success in IND and Regulatory submissions.
• Strong understanding of FDA and ICH guidelines.
• Experience with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Conduct of phase-appropriate toxicology studies.
• Experience in various toxicology studies such as Juvenile/Reprotox.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple programs.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently.
