Overview

The VP of Corporate Development at Enveda Therapeutics will focus on strategic assessments and opportunities for business growth, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to negotiate and structure deals.

• Develop and implement strategic assessments for new business lines.
• Conduct market research to identify potential partners and acquisition targets.

• Perform financial analysis and valuation modeling.
• Lead due diligence processes for transactions.
• Monitor key financial metrics and assist in building the Finance function.
• Recruit and lead a team across business development and finance.
• Up to 30% domestic travel required.

• Master's degree or equivalent experience required.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate development or related roles.
• Experience in cross-team collaboration and leadership.
• Strong financial asset valuation skills.
• Ability to write clear research documents and proposals.
• Negotiation experience in the pharma/healthcare space.
