EEG is seeking a Design & Business Development Strategist who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and business development, passionate about uncovering audience insights and crafting compelling narratives.

In Short

  • Support Business Development team with strategic thinking and creative content development.
  • Uncover insights and trends to inspire event concepts and pitch strategies.
  • Develop strategic briefs and storytelling materials for client proposals.
  • Craft presentation decks and custom content that articulate EEG’s solutions.
  • Partner with account teams to develop proposals in various formats.
  • Write engaging content that aligns with client needs and EEG’s brand voice.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings related to new business opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and punch lists.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment.
  • Contribute to marketing materials and reporting projects.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in strategy, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong background in storytelling and proposal development.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Experience in event marketing or the live/virtual event industry is desirable.
