Overview

The Recruiter / Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting and HR support at Enterprise Events Group. This includes researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent for the organization and managing and participating in the interview process for all candidates. Additionally, this role provides support and coordination for various HR administrative tasks.

In Short

  • Facilitate recruitment lifecycle across all departments
  • Source both active and passive candidates through proven recruitment channels
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Screen candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process, including scheduling interviews
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on the interview process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and owners during the offer process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Conduct or assist with new hire orientation
  • Assist with planning and execution of special events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Paylocity is a plus
