As a Human Resources Specialist at New Engen, you will play a crucial role in managing HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting employee engagement throughout their journey.

• Own and manage HR systems and data accuracy.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of HR experience with a focus on operations and systems.
• Familiarity with HR platforms like Rippling or similar.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort with data analysis and application.
• A service mindset with strong communication skills.
• Proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of discretion and professionalism.
• Experience in startups or multi-state organizations is a plus.
