Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment.
  • Experience managing ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance laws.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience in remote work environments preferred.
