The Strategic Finance Manager drives Lumata Health’s financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis, partnering closely with senior leadership to influence key business decisions.

In Short

Manage and refine comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Oversee the annual budgeting process and lead periodic forecast updates.
Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
Enhance financial reporting processes and tools.
Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.
Prepare recurring financial reports for stakeholders.
Execute ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Progressive experience in finance and accounting.
Proficiency in advanced Excel modelling and data analysis.
Experience developing and presenting board-level deliverables.
CPA or CFA designation preferred.
Prior experience in a high-growth healthcare or technology environment preferred.
