Human Resources Specialist - Remote

Overview

This is a hands-on, full-time position responsible for supporting the Company by administering various HR needs, serving as a front-line support role with clients, and being a trusted agent for the Company.

In Short

• Support HR needs and act as a liaison between HRx Services and clients.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist in managing client workload.
• Conduct compliance audits and maintain HR data.
• Research and implement projects related to compensation and compliance.
• Create training materials and assist with various duties.
• Requires aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification within a year.
• Preferred bachelor's degree and two years of HR experience.

Requirements

• aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification within one year of employment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least two years of HR administrative or specialist experience.
• Experience in a client-facing role preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and Colorado employment law.
