Human Resources Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join the Human Capital Management (HCM) Employee Services – Service Delivery Team. This role provides operational and advisory support to Senior HR Business Partners, as well as employees and managers across the firm.

In Short

• Provide high-quality advisory support to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
• Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to support people initiatives.
• Offer day-to-day advisory support to employees and managers.
• Log and track HR service requests and resolutions.
• Project manage ad-hoc and planned activities for HR teams.
• Work closely with HR Solutions teams to deliver services.
• Identify trends and guide managers to improve employee experience.
• Ensure HRBP Advisory team meets service delivery standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Exceptional judgment and ability to escalate issues.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proven relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Able to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with HR systems.
