Valsoft Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our growing global HR Function!

In Short

• Manage first level employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absences, retirements.
• Apply HR and business knowledge, evidencing appropriate decision-making skills.
• Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and share best practices.
• Provide first-line advice on employment matters for employees and managers.
• Liaise with payroll teams and communicate changes to employees effectively.
• Carry out new starter inductions.
• Participate in the implementation of specific projects and procedures.
• Support change management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar field is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, either as a generalist or specialist.
• Problem solver and hands-on attitude is crucial.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Brazil.
