Overview

A Washington, D.C. based government contracting firm is seeking an internal Human Resource and Payroll Specialist to run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department.

In Short

  • Manage daily HR functions including onboarding and payroll.
  • Administer employee benefits and leave.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee time records.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries and disputes.
