Experiential Events Manager - Remote

Overview

The Experiential Events Manager will be dedicated to an Account and work alongside the Account Director, Operations Team, Production and vendors to create, develop and implement the Attendee Journey that includes experiential strategies that align with client goals and enhance attendee engagement throughout the event lifecycle.

• Responsible for creating and implementing attendee journey strategies.
• Work with various teams to ensure event consistency and brand storytelling.
• Manage end-to-end budget lifecycle for creative experience elements.
• Serve as the primary client liaison for experience discussions.
• Design bespoke functions to enhance networking and engagement.
• Collaborate with DMC partners for creative excellence.
• Conduct post-event analysis for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with venue regulations and client brand guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with vendors for access to experiential elements.
• Required travel up to 50%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of corporate event management experience.
• 2+ years of direct client management experience.
• Expert level understanding of event management scope.
• Exceptional negotiation and budget management skills.
• DMC and production experience preferred.
