Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to manage the end-to-end process of sponsor and exhibitor engagement at our events. This role will involve working closely with sponsors and exhibitors, acting as their main point of contact, supporting their participation, and ensuring a smooth experience on-site. Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.

In Short

  • Plan, develop, and execute sponsorship programs from start to finish
  • Serve as the primary sponsor manager for a specific program or event
  • Create and develop customized sponsorship packages on behalf of clients
  • Ensure the fulfillment of all sponsorship needs, including managing logistics and deliverables
  • Oversee sponsor invoicing, payments, and financial tracking
  • Manage sponsor programs on-site, including travel to event locations
  • Conduct final billing reviews with clients as necessary

Requirements

  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple sponsors and exhibitors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and vendors
  • Proactive, dynamic, and confident individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Experience in sponsorships, tradeshows, or related events is preferred, but not required
  • Background in customer service, relationship management, or marketing a plus
  • Ability to travel for events as needed (typically 40-200 exhibiting companies per event)
