Senior Manager, Sponsorships - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Senior Manager, Sponsorships. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of activating Group 1001’s TBA naming rights partnership, as well as assisting in the planning and execution of a large number of high-profile company-sponsored events and activations.

In Short

• Oversee activation of naming rights partnerships.
• Plan and execute high-profile company-sponsored events.
• Develop and execute sponsorship marketing plans.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget execution of sponsorship campaigns.
• Work with external agencies and sponsors.
• Manage activation budget and track expenditures.
• Analyze sponsorship effectiveness using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on marketing strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Frequent travel within the U.S. and occasional international travel.

Requirements

• B.A. in Business Administration or Sports Marketing/Management.
• 7-10 years of experience in event operations and sponsorship management.
• Background in data analytics is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
