• Looking for a Team Lead - SDR who thrives in outbound prospecting.
• Contribute to both individual pipeline generation and team coaching.
• Target DACH, French, and English-speaking markets.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate leads.
• Qualify inbound leads and set up discovery meetings.
• Conduct outreach in German, English, and French.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Coach and guide junior SDRs.
• Analyze outreach data and optimize performance metrics.
• Support onboarding of new SDRs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SDR experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Proven ability to generate a qualified pipeline through cold outreach.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other SDRs is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German, English, and French.
• Strong understanding of sales engagement tools.
• Comfortable working across multiple markets.
• Self-starter with high energy and accountability.
