In Short

  • Manage customer accounts through the entire lifecycle from discovery to implementation and measurable success.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding with clear implementation roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to configure Conversational AI bots and automation workflows.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of bots.
  • Monitor bot performance and customer feedback to suggest improvements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and analyze performance reports.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Conduct training and workshops to empower customer teams.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Native German and very good English skills; other languages, especially French, are a plus.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Technical Account Management.
  • Practical experience with bot building and QA testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/NLP solutions and Low-Code/No-Code platforms is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented mindset and passion for maximizing customer value.
