In Short

  • Manage customer accounts and guide them through the lifecycle of AI solutions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers with clear implementation roadmaps.
  • Work closely with customers to configure conversational AI bots and automation workflows.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor bot performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and ROI.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and ensure customers achieve their goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers for trust and mutual growth.
  • Conduct training and enablement workshops for customer teams.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify renewal and upselling opportunities in collaboration with sales.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with bot building and QA testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/NLP solutions and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for customer value.
