Overview

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for sourcing new participants for the Top Workplaces program by researching and qualifying companies, and developing strategic communication plans to engage them effectively.

  • Track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with peers.
  • Effective sales research and individual plan development skills.

  • 1+ years of B2B experience, software or tech sales preferred.
  • A track record of achieving objectives.
  • A passion for software and technology.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with your peers.
  • The ability to effectively perform sales research and develop individualized plans based on that research.
