Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in the Energage sales process by acting as a trusted advisor and product expert, partnering with Account Executives to deliver engaging product demonstrations and tailored solutions addressing clients’ business challenges.

In Short

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Participate in discovery sessions to identify client needs.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Support RFP and proposal development.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams.
• Stay current on product enhancements and talent management trends.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on behavioral science and analytics.
• Contribute to the improvement of demo environments and sales materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a SaaS Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering role.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to lead product demonstrations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset in a cross-functional environment.
