Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Consultant will serve as the subject matter expert for Loadsmart's SaaS-based TMS platform, facilitating customer integration and ensuring maximum value from the system.

In Short

• Pre-sales support and discovery sessions with clients.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
• Create solution proposals and integration architecture overviews.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams.
• Support smooth handoff from sales to delivery.
• Provide subject matter expertise during implementation stages.
• Act as a trusted advisor post-implementation for optimization.
• Provide Tier 2 support for integration issues.
• Drive deliverables to completion.

Requirements

• 4+ years in solutions engineering or technical project management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record in SaaS implementation and systems integration.
• Ability to define technical solutions driving client satisfaction.
• Experience with system integration design and testing (EDI/API).
• Native or highly proficient in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with TMS systems is a plus.
