• Review carrier submitted documentation for compliance
• Resolve discrepancies in carrier documents and bills

• Diagnose and fix billing problems
• Review vendor’s aging report
• Process and submit customer invoices
• Troubleshoot customer invoicing issues
• Manage the invoice settlement process
• Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve inquiries

Requirements

• Fluent in English - verbal and written
• Background in brokerage
• Minimum of 1 year in finance, accounting, or auditing
• Skilled in Excel
• Familiar with Google Workspace
