The Solutions Consultant acts as a trusted advisor to sales reps, prospects, and customers, focusing on delivering solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives.

• Lead and document discovery sessions with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in sales engineering or consulting in a SaaS environment.
• Understanding of prospect research and outcome-based selling.
• Proven track record of collaboration across departments.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to simplify technical jargon for clients.
• Engaging presentation and communication skills.
• Technically adept with web technologies.
• Thrive on customer engagement and problem-solving.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
• Fluency in French and English; other languages a plus.
