Overview

The Sales Development Representative, also known as Participation Specialist, is responsible for finding Top Workplaces program participants by researching and qualifying companies. This role involves developing strategic communications to engage potential participants and collaborating with Account Executives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B experience, preferably in software or tech sales.
  • A track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • A passion for software and technology.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with peers.
  • Strong research skills for developing targeted outreach strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with executives in discussions.
  • Ability to adapt to various customer needs and timelines.
  • Experience in developing presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple participants effectively.
