Requirements

• 5+ years in business development in crypto, Web3, fintech or startups.
• Proven leadership in scaling GTM strategies internationally.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and crypto infrastructure.
• Strong global network in the crypto industry.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
