Head of Controlling & Audit - Remote

You will implement policies and procedures and use various tools to control and audit multiple financial departments within a group of companies.

In Short

• Organization and management of the controlling functionality in the Group of Companies.
• Administration of the financial controlling system to ensure the achievement of planned indicators.
• Development of proposals to improve business processes for functional budgets.
• Experience as Head of Audit/Financial Control Group for at least 5 years.
• Experience in audit companies for at least 2 years (BIG-4 experience is desirable).
• Successful experience in building and developing similar functionality from scratch.
• Experience in forming budgets and implementing budget control.
• Professionalism, leadership skills, and analytical thinking.
• High stress resistance and ability to motivate subordinates.
• 100% remote work with flexible hours focused on results.

Requirements

• Higher education in economics/finance.
• Confirmed experience in managing similar functionality in manufacturing companies.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing controlling processes.
• Having DipIFR, CIMA, and similar certificates is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze and solve multifactorial problems.
