Overview

The Head of Finance & Controlling for Automotive Korea will oversee finance, controlling, and IT functions, aiming to strengthen financial resilience and drive profitable growth in the region.

• Responsible for Finance, Controlling & IT in Automotive Korea.
• Improve cash flow and optimize capital management.
• Assist CEO with tax, accounting, and business controlling matters.
• Supervise team leads, including Financial Service Center Korea.
• Organize financial statements according to IFRS standards.
• Coordinate year-end closing with external auditors.
• Implement procedures in line with laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Strong background in finance, controlling, and accounting.
• Experience in budget management and treasury.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
• Strong intercultural awareness.
• Desire to lead a large and complex team.
