In Short

• Manage accounts receivable and payable using SevDesk.
• Develop finance processes and structures.
• Handle invoicing and efficient dunning processes.
• Act as a sparring partner for management on financial topics.
• Build internal controlling systems.
• Define, calculate, and monitor KPIs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Support sales and customer success teams with KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate and optimize the OKR process.
• Optional: Develop business plans and market analyses.

Requirements

• Commercial training or degree in finance or controlling.
• Experience in finance, controlling, and accounting.
• Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficient in Google Spreadsheets or Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights.
• Experience in a fast-growing company, preferably in tech.
• Fluent in German and English.
