In Short

• Responsible for the development of planning and controlling tools and reporting.
• Organize order management and billing.
• Create reports, analyze key figures, and evaluate plan-actual deviations.
• Act as a contact for project controlling and support strategic projects from a financial perspective.
• Participate in monthly and annual financial statements and accounting.
• Design monthly accounting according to commercial and tax regulations.
• Experience with controlling, financial accounting, and project management software.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with a passion for numbers and statistics.
• Ability to work independently and structured.
• Willingness to work on-site at least 2 days a week despite a remote-first approach.

Requirements

• Commercial training or a degree in business administration, economics, or related fields with a focus on controlling.
• Good understanding of economic contexts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage a variety of information effectively.
