Head of Financial Controlling - Remote

Overview

The Head of Financial Controlling will be responsible for creating forecasts, reports, and presentations, along with conducting ad-hoc analyses for the board and supervisory board, while also leading the development of controlling and financial reporting systems.

In Short

• Create forecasts, reports, and presentations for the board and supervisory board.
• Responsible for key figures and quarterly forecasts.
• Mid-term planning for domestic and international subsidiaries.
• Prepare cash flow statements and key figures for annual financial statements.
• Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Develop controlling and financial reporting systems.
• Act as a contact point for external inquiries from auditors.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or equivalent training.
• Several years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in an international company.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with DATEV or equivalent accounting software is a plus.
• Strong project management and process optimization skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
