Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT Security with a broad understanding of architecture, software development, and IT operations.
• First or solid leadership experience in team management.
• Good knowledge of modern system architectures and ideally cloud technologies in the security context.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics appropriately.
• Strategic thinking, initiative, and a modern understanding of leadership.
• Passion for developing teams and fostering individuals.
