Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Certifications in security management (e.g., CHSO, Taser Certification).
  • Special Conservators of the Peace Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Experience in quality improvement and customer service.
  • Commitment to community involvement.
  • Understanding of healthcare security protocols.
