Overview

As the Head of Budget & Reporting at emcd., you will be responsible for developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and conducting financial analyses to guide the organization’s financial strategy.

• Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
• Recommend best budgeting practices and assist departments in financial planning.
• Monitor budget execution and identify variances.
• Conduct financial analysis on budget trends and cost drivers.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Communicate effectively in Russian and English with international teams.
• Utilize financial software and tools, prioritizing experience with MS Dynamics CRM.
• Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus.
• Work 100% remotely with flexible hours.

Requirements

• Higher education in finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in audit or consulting.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Desirable experience with international teams.
• Knowledge of financial software and tools.
• Experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
