Overview

The Business Development Representative will focus on prospecting and outreach to insurance brokers, executing sales strategies, and managing CRM systems to drive business growth in the Rapid Response PEPM Plans sector.

In Short

  • Execute targeted campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct discovery calls and present solutions.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM for pipeline and reporting.
  • Advise on sales team structure and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align strategies.
  • Deliver performance reporting and dashboards.
  • Contribute to onboarding and mentoring of new hires.
  • Work full-time with a minimum of 20 hrs/week overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
  • Earn a base salary plus commission.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Ability to work remotely with effective time management.
