In Short

  • Join the Customer Success team as a Technical Support Specialist.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues.
  • Track and analyze support data to drive product improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist customers with inquiries via email, chat, and Zoom.
  • Help establish support processes and workflows.
  • Identify and report technical issues.
  • Develop a knowledge base for internal and external use.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer support experience, 2 years in technical support.
  • Exceptional customer support and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Willingness to work 9-6pm PST hours.
